We ship your parcels Monday to Saturday.
We aim to dispatch orders the day after it is placed. We offer two delivery options for domestic customers, Royal Mail standard and DPD fully tracked next day delivery.
UK Royal Mail Standard: All orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 which usually will reach you after 2 working days following dispatch. But please allow up to 3-5 working days as there can be delays out of our control. Please allow for an extra day or two for orders to the Channel Islands and Ireland
UK DPD/UPS Next Day delivery, fully tracked: All orders are sent out for next day delivery on the same day the order is placed (when ordered before 12 noon on a weekday). Please make sure you provide a contact mobile number & email so that you receive the tracking info.
We deliver internationally all over the world and charge different rates for this service. Our international service is highly reliable and more information can be found here
All of our products are handmade, perishable items. As such our chocolates are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible and firmly believe in sustainability and some of our packaging is fully recyclable. Our delivery boxes are made of corrugated cardboard and can be fully recycled once flattened. These are made with forest-based materials from FSC-certified forests.
If you order up to 6 bars of our large 70g chocolate slabs (the 6-pack hamper) within the UK, we will send your item out in a large letter, recyclable box, which can be received through your letter box. Orders in greater quantity will be sent out in a larger recyclable parcel box which will need to accepted by you.
Between the summer months or shipping to warmer climates all orders will require ice packs. These consist of a reusable non-toxic gel refrigerant. During the summer months ice packs are mandatory and ensure your chocolates arrive to a good standard.
