We hope you're all staying safe during this time of uncertainty! We are so pleased and grateful to our delivery couriers that we are able to bring our delicious chocolate to your doorsteps and provide wonderful indulgence to your lockdown.

All ORDERS ARE BEING SHIPPED AS USUAL

To unsure the health and safety of our employees and customers we have adopted strict hygiene protocols, a reduced number of staff and to make sure that all our products are made in our dedicated facility by us.

Deliveries: We use use Royal Mail for the majority of your orders. The service is extremely reliable, however during this lockdown period they are experiencing delays due to shortages of staff and a backlog of parcels from all over the UK. We will make sure despatch your orders as quickly as we can, but it is important that you understand that delays, after the orders leave our facility, are outside of our control.

The situation is constantly developing and we cannot predict where and how new events, guidance and public demand will affect us in the longer term. If any circumstances change, we will communicate this to you as a matter or urgency. You can however feel free to contact us at any point and we will get back to you as soon as we can

We Appreciate Your Patience: Please also bear in mind that due to our reduced staff and large demand for our products during this current time, our response times on social media and emails have increased. This doesn't mean that we have forgotten about you, we would never! It simply means that we are working on assisting customers that have sent emails before yours and we will work our way to helping you as soon as we can.
